Terms of Service

1. The service

Sie Pedia provides access to temporary virtual numbers that may receive SMS verification messages from supported third-party applications. Numbers are supplied through external telecommunications providers and may be recycled after an order ends. A virtual number is not a permanent mobile line, personal mailbox, or replacement for a telephone subscription.

2. Orders, OTP delivery, and refunds

An order is accepted only after the dashboard or API confirms it. Stock and prices can change between browsing and purchase. OTP delivery is not guaranteed because delivery depends on mobile networks, number supply, and the third-party application. If an eligible order is cancelled within the available cancellation window or cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount is returned to your balance. Completed orders and orders that have already received an OTP are generally final.

3. Balance

Balance is topped up by deposit and used to pay for orders. Balance does not expire. Manual balance adjustments by an admin are final unless the admin corrects them.

4. Fair use

Do not use the service for fraud, spam, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose. Do not resell numbers, OTP messages, API access, or account credentials without written authorization. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. API keys

Keep API keys confidential. Raw API keys are displayed only when generated. We may rotate, revoke, or throttle credentials that are exposed, abusive, or inactive.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access, permanent stock, a specific country, a specific price, or successful OTP delivery is not promised.
